Terms of Service

EllaReply drafts replies to customer-support emails for Shopify merchants, grounded in the merchant's own store data. Drafts are suggestions: you review and send them. You remain responsible for every message sent from your inbox, including edited or approved AI drafts.

You must own or be authorized to connect the Shopify store and Gmail inbox you link to EllaReply. You can revoke either connection at any time. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Don't use EllaReply to send spam or unlawful content, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Drafts are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. EllaReply applies guardrails (such as refund caps and escalation rules) but does not guarantee accuracy. Review drafts before sending — that's the product's design.

Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Prices are shown on the website and may change with 30 days' notice.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost customer goodwill.

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
