Refund Policy

Try before you pay
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. Because of this, most billing questions can be avoided by testing EllaReply fully before your first payment.
Subscription payments
Subscription fees — first payments and renewals, monthly or annual — are non-refundable except where required by law. The free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate EllaReply on your own inbox before any money changes hands.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We send no further charges after cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, you cancelled before the renewal date), contact us and we'll make it right.
How refunds are processed
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Where a refund is granted — for a billing error or where the law requires it — Paddle issues it to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Taxes (such as VAT) collected on the payment are refunded along with it.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, including any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights that apply to you.
